Mindful Eating (MB-EAT) Coaching Program

A Different Way to Think About Food

If you are tired of dieting, feeling guilty about what you eat, or spending too much mental energy thinking about food, mindful eating offers another way.

This supportive program helps you slow down, understand your eating patterns, reconnect with your body's hunger and satisfaction cues, and make choices that support your health without giving up the enjoyment of food.

Together,  we practice approaching food with curiosity rather than judgment. You will learn skills to help you recognize what your body needs, understand what influences your eating, and build a more peaceful and sustainable relationship with food.

Taking a GLP-1 medication? Mindful eating coaching can help you stay connected with your body's cues, nourish yourself, and build habits that support your well-being alongside your medical care.
