Replenish · Reconnect · Reclaim Yourself

Compassionate support for women navigating life's transitions—whether you're facing health challenges, embracing change, learning something new, or simply ready for a new chapter. Together, we'll help you replenish your energy, reconnect with yourself, and reclaim your health and well-being.
My Journey
For more than 32 years, I cared for individuals and families as a registered nurse in pediatrics, oncology, cardiac step-down and intensive care, home care, school nursing, and wellness education. Through these experiences, I learned that health is about much more than a diagnosis. Our well-being is shaped by stress, sleep, nutrition, movement, relationships, and the demands of everyday life.
This understanding became deeply personal when my son, Andrew, was diagnosed with childhood cancer. Our family faced fear, uncertainty, and some of the hardest days of our lives. Today,
Andrew is a survivor. During his hospitalization, ocean waves were part of the artwork around us, and they came to symbolize how life can shift between rough seas and calmer waters. Over time, the image of an anchor also came to represent hope, strength, and something steady to hold on to through life's changing tides.
Later, a serious fall at work led to chronic pain, spinal surgery, and a long recovery. At the same time, I was caring for my family and serving as the primary caregiver for my mother-in-law. I experienced first hand how easily women can lose sight of their own needs while caring for everyone else.
As I searched for ways to support my own healing, I found meditation, health and wellness coaching, mindfulness-based
eating, and a deeper understanding of the menopause transition. These experiences eventually helped me to step away from traditional nursing and into health and wellness coaching.
Today, I bring together my nursing background, professional training, and personal journey to support women through life's changes with compassion, practical tools and whole-person care.
My Mission
My mission is to help women navigate life's changing tides with greater confidence, resilience, balance, and well-being. Through health and wellness coaching, stress reduction strategies, mindful living practices, and sustainable lifestyle habits, I empower you to Replenish, Reconnect, Reclaim, and care for yourself while creating a life that feels healthy, meaningful, and aligned with who you are today.
Whether you are navigating midlife, menopause, caregiving responsibilities, chronic health challenges, stress, sleep concerns, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we can build sustainable habits that support healthy aging, vitality, balance, and lasting well-being.
